The TSP143IV series thermal printer features a modern, compact design with a 20% smaller footprint than its predecessor, the TSP143III. This versatile printer supports various networks with features like Android Open Accessory (AOA) protocol (TSP143IVUE) or dual-band WLAN (TSP143IVUW). It is compatible with Windows, iOS, Android, web- and cloud-based applications, and supports Star’s CloudPRNT technology. The TSP143IV also connects to Star Micronics Cloud Services for real-time monitoring, Digital Journal, and PromoPRNT custom coupons. With an internal power supply and easy “drop-in and print” paper loading, it’s an ideal choice for any mPOS or POS setup.

Android Open Accessory (AOA)
The technology built into the TSP143IVUE model that supports the Android Open Accessory (AOA) protocol gives the printer full communication with your Android device while keeping it powered for convenient all-day use – another Star first. Installation into your existing POS system has never been easier.
Dual Interface Support (USB+Ethernet)
The TSP143IVUE Dual port USB + LAN printer is a versatile solution for businesses that want to use the same product while running applications on multiple operating systems. Use USB on Windows systems and Ethernet on iOS or Android solutions. It is also future-proof, as the TSP143IVUE can now be used on any platform with any application. The printer also offers 2 USB ports: 1 X USB-C port to connect to Windows-based standard PC or Tablet, and 1 X USB-A port to either power your mobile device or connect to Android devices with the AOA protocol.
Dual-Band Wireless
The dual-band wireless capability of the TSP143IVUW model allows the printer to switch between the long-range 2.4GHz network and the more powerful 5GHz network based on the specific needs of the printing environment. Connected to WiFi, the TSP143IVUW printer becomes a hub for other peripherals to connect to, such as payment terminals.
Star Micronics Cloud Services
Star Micronics Cloud Services is a practical, developer-friendly platform for more efficient, connected, and intelligent systems. Once Star devices are registered and connected, Star Cloud Services allows technology providers and business owners to apply device settings and update firmware remotely, managing printer status in real time. On top of cloud-based data access, Star Cloud Services offers receipt marketing and customization, including PromoPRNT and Digital Journal. CloudPRNT is an innovative technology enabling users to connect to Star Micronics printers directly from a server rather than a local device. CloudPRNT is ideal for printing and retrieving printer status from cloud- or web-based point-of-sale solutions.
